
Tone & Step
This Step and Tone class, coordinated to high-energy music, provides an excellent aerobic and strength workout. To insure a perfect calorie burn workout, creative and complex movements are used.
After the step workout practise, different upper and lower body toning exercises with a body bar and free weights are included. Step workouts will not only tone your glutes and thighs, but will also help you develop strength and endurance. Participants move to the beat of the music when doing upper body resistance training on an elevated platform. This session also includes abdominal training to round out the exercise.
