Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a form of yoga in which postures are linked together so that you can switch from one to the next effortlessly by using your breath.
Vinyasa classes have a wide range of postures, and no classes are ever the same. Set types, such as Bikram Yoga, which has the same 26 postures in every session, or Ashtanga, which has the same sequence every time, are the polar opposite.
The variable aspect of Vinyasa Yoga aids in the development of a more balanced body as well as the prevention of repetitive motion complications that can occur if you do the same thing every day.
