CCTV Surveillance Footage: Video footage recorded at our club is automatically overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle. We only retain footage beyond this period where it relates to an accident or injury, in which case the relevant footage may be kept on file for as long as reasonably required.
-
Unfinalized Enquiries: Enquiry and prospective member information may be retained in GymMaster and our other business systems for longer than 12 months where it remains reasonably required for customer service, follow-up, administration or record-keeping. When it is no longer reasonably required, it will be securely destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.
