Power Yoga

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Rather than treating each pose individually, power yoga focuses on the flow from one to the next. Unlike some other types of yoga, the poses are not isolated from one another. Power yoga, whatever you call it, is a fast-paced and intense practice. You quickly shift from one posture to the next, synchronizing your breathing to your body's various motions.

Samba Rumba Salsa

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Combines a cardio workout with technique and posture tips to improve your Latin dancing style. The class is a continuous mix of salsa, samba, and rumba, combined into just the right blend of sweat, technique improvement and fun!

Belly Dancing

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Belly dance; more correctly referred to as Oriental Dance is an Arabic expressive dance that has its origins in Egypt since ancient times. It features movements of the hips and torso.

Cycle

Advanced Level, Beginner Level
You'll be cycling alongside a group of other people who, like you, are looking for a great workout. The instructor can walk you through the steps of having a good workout during spin class, then you'll be able to see if you're getting the most out of it. This class runs for 50 minutes.

Tone & Step

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
This Step and Tone class, coordinated to high-energy music, provides an excellent aerobic and strength workout. To insure a perfect calorie burn workout, creative and complex movements are used.

Express Cycle

Advanced Level, Beginner Level
you'll be cycling alongside a group of other people who, like you, are looking for a great workout. The instructor can walk you through the steps of having a good workout during spin class, then you'll be able to see if you're getting the most out of it. This class runs for 30 minutes, as the name indicates, in contrast to the full time Cycle class.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Yin yoga poses are performed for extended periods of time to target connective tissues such as ligaments rather than muscles. As a consequence, the poses are more passive, with no direct muscle activity. Yin poses are sometimes used to initiate a Yin & Yang yoga session. The yang part of yin & Yang yoga practise is usually performed in the second half of class.

Japanese Yoga

Advanced Level, Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
In addition to the traditional meditation, breathing and stretching exercises, the Japanese Yoga, also known as Shin-shin-toitsu-do is a system which emphasises self-healing techniques and positive thinking. Shin-shin-toitsu-do, which translates to "the path of mind and body unification," facilitates this mind/body fusion by low-impact stretching and meditation exercises.

Bodyfirm

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Bodyfirm's trick is a high-repetition exercise routine, a revolution in strength training that has been shown to produce a complete body transformation.

Pilates

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.[9] It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Zumba

Beginner Level, Intermediate Level
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Hatha Yoga

Advanced Level, Beginner Level
In the western world, Hatha yoga has become a commonly performed form of yoga. Hatha Yoga classes would be more basic and gentle, with a focus on alignment and the physical and mental benefits of each pose, making Hatha the ideal choice for a beginner yogi.
