Michelle is an experienced and dedicated yoga practitioner with a passion for sharing her love of the practice with others. With 20 years of experience, she has seen firsthand the transformative power of yoga and is committed to helping others experience this same transformation.

Michelle is an experienced and dedicated yoga practitioner with a passion for sharing her love of the practice with others. With 20 years of experience, she has seen firsthand the transformative power of yoga and is committed to helping others experience this same transformation.

Michelle’s yoga classes are a unique blend of breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), and meditation, all set to the soothing sounds of her singing bowls. Her goal is for her students to leave each class feeling centered, calm, relaxed, and at peace.

Michelle has pursued extensive training in the practice of yoga and related disciplines. She has completed a 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as specialized training in yoga for kids and families, meditation facilitation, and yin yoga. She has also traveled to India on multiple occasions to participate in yoga and meditation retreats, further deepening her understanding of the practice.

In addition to her passion for yoga, Michelle is also interested in other complementary practices, such as Acu Energetics (a healing modality), essential oils, sound healing, dancing, and music. She is always seeking new ways to learn and grow, both in her personal practice and in her teaching, and is dedicated to helping her students find greater peace and wellbeing in their lives.
