No surprise, I love teaching yoga, opening the body to the breath and flow of energy. I enjoy the opportunity of working with people of differing abilities and levels of experience, explaining the benefits of the asanas (poses), and providing modifications to give access to everyone.

In a class I can provide instruction in breathing and guidance in meditation and relaxation techniques. In a welcoming and comfortable environment, I offer an understanding of the important concepts of yoga, the benefits of poses, focusing on alignment, balance, breathing, relaxation with verbal adjustments to modify and enhance each pose based on individual needs.
