Flex and Flow

Class

“Flex and Flow” is a graceful fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation. The class is set to music and runs for an hour, and will have you sweating, balancing, stretching and building core- strength, followed by deep recovery and meditation. Rebecca will talk you through all positions clearly, and offer modifications for beginners, as well as advanced work for more experienced participants. The class is challenging for every level, is lots of fun, and will leave you feeling relaxed, more positive, stronger and more flexible.
