Express Cycle

You’ll pedal an indoor bicycle during a spin class as an instructor leads you on a routine that’s close to outdoor cycling. The tempo of your spin class will be set by your instructor. The speed you spin during the class fluctuates but you do do your very best to keep your exercise pace enjoyable.

In a regular spin class, you’ll be cycling alongside a group of other people who, like you, are looking for a great workout. The instructor can walk you through the steps of having a good workout during spin class, then you’ll be able to see if you’re getting the most out of it.

This class runs for 30 minutes, as the name indicates, in contrast to the full time Cycle class.
