About Lucy
Since I was a child, I have always been active in sports, participating in everything from running to dancing to skiing to weightlifting. I’ve been fortunate to transform this passion into both my studies and my career. Originally from Scotland, I moved to Australia last year to challenge myself and advance my career. Over the past four years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, guiding a wide range of clients with various injuries, goals, abilities, and lifestyles. Completing my degree in sport and exercise science gave me the knowledge and skills to help my clients achieve their goals. My own fitness journey—from losing fat to building muscle—has also given me valuable experience and perspective, which helps me inspire and support others on their fitness paths.
